Cum ai ajuns manager HR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):\u00a0<\/strong>Am \u00eenceput prin a face practic\u0103 \u00een Art Out, pe postul de asistent HR. Trecerea de la asistent, la manager HR a fost un pas foarte important pentru mine. Abia atunci mi-am descoperit anumite calit\u0103\u021bi care s-au dovedit indispensabile \u00een conducerea echipei de voluntari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 locuie\u0219ti in Timi\u0219oara, iar Asociatia AO este deschis\u0103 colabor\u0103rilor online, cum este cooperarea prin aceast\u0103 modalitate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):\u00a0<\/strong>Cred cu t\u0103rie c\u0103 este cea mai bun\u0103 oportunitate de a face voluntariat pe care o po\u021bi g\u0103si \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103. Spun asta deoarece majoritatea ofertelor de voluntariat \u00ee\u021bi cer prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 \u00eentr-un anumit loc, la o anumit\u0103 or\u0103. Asta a fost primul lucru care m-a fascinat, faptul c\u0103 nu mi se impunea c\u00e2t s\u0103 lucrez \u0219i unde. Dac\u0103 eram la facultate \u0219i voiam s\u0103 lucrez la task-urile pentru departament, o puteam face. S-a dovedit nu o dat\u0103, ci de mai multe ori a fi foarte eficiente colabor\u0103rile online, am avut voluntari din Anglia, Fran\u021ba, Portugalia \u0219i eu am fost plecat\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 \u00een Grecia \u0219i \u00een Portugalia, dar asta nu mi-a afectat activitatea din departament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Care a fost cea mai dificil\u0103 situa\u021bie pe care ai \u00eent\u00e2mpinat-o \u00een cadrul asocia\u021biei? Dar cea mai amuzant\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):<\/strong>Nu pot spune c\u0103 am avut situa\u021bii dificile pentru c\u0103 tot timpul am avut echipa \u00een spate \u0219i cel mai important am avut-o pe Laura (pre\u0219edinta asocia\u021biei Art Out) care tot timpul a fost \u0219i este al\u0103turi de noi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Cum se deruleaz\u0103 actuala campania de recrutare \u0219i care sunt criteriile de selec\u021bie a voluntarilor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):\u00a0<\/strong>P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent am avut deja trei runde de interviuri, oamenii selecta\u021bi \u0219i-au \u00eenceput activitatea \u00een asocia\u021bie \u0219i \u00een continuare campania de recrut\u0103ri va r\u0103m\u00e2ne deschis\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een octombrie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru selec\u021bia voluntarilor urm\u0103rim \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 atitudinea lor de la interviu, capacitatea de a lucra \u00een echip\u0103, seriozitatea \u0219i creativitatea \u00een rezolvarea probelor, competen\u021bele, dar \u0219i experien\u021ba anterioar\u0103 pe care ace\u0219tia o au. De departe, cel mai important este pentru noi s\u0103 vedem dorin\u021b\u0103 de implicare, motiva\u021bie, ambi\u021bie, dorin\u021b\u0103 de cunoa\u0219tere, de a dezvolta proiecte \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Care sunt abilit\u0103\u021bile pe care le apreciezi cel mai mult la un voluntar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):\u00a0<\/strong>Adaptabilitate, creativitate, spiritul de echip\u0103 \u0219i energia. Sunt punctele pe care le urm\u0103resc la fiecare voluntar. Celor care chiar \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103 se implice, \u00a0noi le oferim o palet\u0103 larg\u0103 de proiecte, activit\u0103\u021bi, evenimente la care pot participa. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 acestea, primim oferte de la organiza\u021bii partenere pentru diferite evenimente, workshop-uri, ateliere, vernisaje, proiecte, etc la care voluntarii no\u0219tri pot merge gratuit \u00een calitate de partener medi. Au astfel acces la oportunit\u0103\u021bi de formare personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103 \u0219i pot interac\u021biona direct cu profesioni\u0219ti \u00een industrii creative, reprezentan\u021bi ai presei, instu\u021biilor publice, ONG-urilor \u0219i companiilor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Pe plan profesional, care este cea mai mare reu\u0219it\u0103 a ta? Din punct de vedere personal cea mai mare realizare ar fi buna rela\u021bie avut\u0103 \u0219i p\u0103strat\u0103 cu oamenii\/colegii\/clien\u021bii cu care am intrat \u00een contact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Guzischi Codru\u021ba (G.C):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Cum arat\u0103 o zi normal\u0103 din via\u021ba ta? Care sunt activita\u021bile pe care le realizezi cu pl\u0103cere?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Loredana Banu (L.B):\u00a0<\/strong>\u00cen principiu o zi normal\u0103 pentru mine \u00eenseamn\u0103 ,,munc\u0103\u2019\u2019 la laptop, fie lucrez pentru asocia\u021bie, fie lucrez la proiecte personale, tot timpul sunt \u00eentr-o activitatea continu\u0103. Nu cred c\u0103 exist\u0103 activitate pe care s\u0103 nu o fac cu pl\u0103cere.
